Visual Arts Endowment
Seed money totaling just under $2000 has been collected for a fund started by former THS art teacher Ron Frenzen. But much more is needed for an endowment. Interest from the fund would be used to start a scholarship for THS seniors who intend to attend college for the visual arts. Do you have a specific passion with regard to Tecumseh Public Schools, the students, academic programs or the community? Is there someone whose memory you would like to honor? You can designate exactly how your contribution will be used. For example, would you like to donate money for specific musical instruments or perhaps a sophisticated sound system for the cafetorium in the high school? The TAA, under the aucpices of the Tecumseh Schools Foundation, will serve as the liaison with the schools to make sure your wishes are met.

Charitable Contributions
The Tecumseh Alumni Association is an umbrella organization of the Tecumseh Schools Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization as designated by the IRS. As such, all contributions are tax deductible.
General Fund Endowment
The goals of the Tecumseh Alumni Association include aiding alumni with the planning of class reunions, instilling pride in Tecumseh Public Schools by honoring students with scholarships and alumni with the Wall of Fame program. With the monetary support of generous alumni, an endowment to support the TAA and its ability to help with such endeavors are a necessary lifeblood of the association. An endowed fund would ensure the future of the TAA and its support of the community.
Other Opportunities to Give
As the TAA grows, other opportunties to donate will arise. Being able to leave a legacy and show your Indian pride will be available in the future.
